The Story of Disiplean

Disiplean was born from our own manufacturing plant, Duta Laserindo Metal. We needed 5S reporting that was simple and motivating, so it could become a permanent culture.

We brought in expensive consultants and ran training after training. Yet within two months, the program always stopped as if it never happened. Accidents still occurred because old habits didn't change. The committee and management grew exhausted from constantly reminding employees every single day.

After this system worked for us, we decided to share it with other SMEs. Disiplean was born as a solution for factories fighting through Digital Transformation that includes Organizational Change.

Disiplean is a digital platform for 5S reporting and audits, powered by gamification that keeps employees motivated so a 5S culture can truly take root and last.
